Together (over the phone or by email) we discuss the problem that you have and together we decide what is the best solution for you.
In most situations (if it is something that we can repair for a flat rate) we will tell you immediately how much the in-shop repair will cost.
In some cases, we have to see the machine before we can give you a complete price of the repair and in this case you can pick one of the folowingm, at your convenience:
- Bring the computer to us for a FREE Diagnostic / Estimate* (get directions); Let a professional technician to tell you what the problem is for FREE. Please ask if you need assistance carrying your system in from your car, we will be happy to help! more
- We schedule an appointment for a technician to come to your home or office to diagnose the problem, as low as $80/hour, one our minimun, no travel fees, parking if applicable; more
If being on-site, your system requires more extensive attention, we will pick it up from your location, bring it to our shop, perform all necessary maintenance, and return it to you.

Computer Adware, Spyware and Virus Removal – $109 $89 (in-shop service only); Does your computer have one of the following problems? Slow performance, Internet Explorer errors or lockups, Excessive “pop-up” advertisements, Home page has changed, Email or Internet access a lot slower… etc? Then it’s possible that your computer is infected with a virus or you got invaded with spyware and adware and Immediate virus, adware and spyware repair is needed to remove the virus and/or spyware, adware from your computer and ensure both the privacy of your files and that the virus does not infect other computers.
*with service only; if for any reason you decide that we don’t perform the service a flat rate will apply; not more than $49. If we don’t know what the problem is, you won’t pay us.
